Returns and Exchanges:

• We strive to create the best shopping experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only acceptable in case of damaged, incorrect and defective items only. 

• To initiate a return request, please report the incident of damage with reference images and videos within 7 days of your order delivery. 

• Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days upon approval and the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method. 

• We currently do not offer exchanges.
